Industry Certification
We are proud to be Qualworx Safety Audit certified. This certification ensures that our safety systems and procedures are independently audited on an annual basis to verify that we operate at the highest safety standards. We undergo yearly audits conducted by the independent safety organisation, Qualworx.
Rock 'n' Ropes Safety Equipment
Our harnesses and carabiners are designed to keep you securely attached to the course safety system at all times, protecting you from accidental disconnection. In the event of a slip, your harness will catch you, preventing a fall and ensuring your safety.
Safety Training
All participants are required to complete a 5-minute safety briefing before starting any activities. This briefing includes an instructor-led demonstration, where participants are introduced to their personal safety equipment and the course safety systems. After completing a 1-metre-high practice course, and once the instructor is confident in your understanding of the safety procedures, you will be ready to continue through the course activities.
