Meet the Team

Dominic Craw "Dom"

Camp and Programme Coordinator

With 12 years of experience as an outdoor instructor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to working with young people in outdoor settings. My journey includes time in the tourism industry, working in the Waitomo Caves, and travelling, but my heart has always led me back to the outdoors working with young people. I hold certifications in Pre-Hospital Emergency Care, Level 5 Adventure Works High Ropes Instructor, and NZOIA Rock 1 and Kayak Leader qualifications.

My love for adventure began early—riding mountain bikes and motorbikes as a child and discovering rock climbing at 15, which sparked my career in the outdoors. In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, biking, slacklining, and wakeboarding whenever I get the chance. I’m committed to sharing my enthusiasm and skills with others to inspire confidence and resilience through outdoor experiences.
